SHIPPING TERM

We currently offer free Expedited shipping for all orders over $150 excluding applicable taxes across Canada. For those not meeting the minimum requirements we charge a low flat fee of $15 to cover some of the shipping costs.

Shipping is by Canada Post Expedited 2-6 business days (depends on distance) I find most parcels arrive within 3 days.

Most items will be shipped within 2 business days of payment received. Your order is not considered complete until payment is received by info@naturallynaturals.ca. Orders are sent out in order of completion. Orders not paid within 3 days will be cancelled.

Orders will receive a tracking number for Canada Post when posted.
If you would prefer to use a different postage method, we are happy to coordinate this for you but all postage costs would be the customer’s responsibility. I have had a positive experience with shipping through Canada Post however in the event that an item is received damaged or lost it will be up to the Post Office to determine insurability.

Glass items are considered fragile and cannot be guaranteed. We do take extreme caution when shipping the medical grade amber bottles to ensure they arrive intact. Any issues please contact us to start a claim asap. Please email: hempressganja@protonmail.com
